PLAY GROUND II2025

Play Ground II expands on my installation Play Ground, revisiting the Soviet-era architecture of my childhood. Steel sculptures - a swing and a seesaw are reconstructed from memory, based on the standardised playgrounds once common across Ukraine and the former USSR. Suspended in stillness, the playground equipment becomes ghostly—neither functional nor fully abandoned, caught between use and obsolescence.
